Registering with us enables you to have your own personal and secure download facility which can be reached via the user menu or the My Account menu on our website. All of your orders will be readily available to you, to save and print, and can be found in your Orders Completed section as soon as they have been processed. This includes Reports, Title Plans, and Title Registers and even extended Documents and Memos.
Your postal address is required as some documents (deeds, historical copies, title plans of large areas) cannot be delivered electronically and must be sent by post. In order to securely receive these documents please provide a correct contact address.
If you order from us your address is also used by our payment provider to fight against card fraud.
