Can I receive copies of all documents referred to in the Title Register?

We can obtain those documents which are described in the Title Register with wording such as "copied into the certificate" or "copy filed".
Details from other deeds may be set out in the register itself: in this case Land Registry does not retain copies of the original deed. Older deeds that are not referred to in the register may be stored but we cannot search them unless you know the precise date of the deed.
